Welcome to United Communities of Hernando County, Inc. (UCHC) a not for profit Florida corporation established on February 24, 1997.
UCHC is an approved nonprofit corporation under Internal Revenue Code Section
501(c)(4).

Steven Davis, Director; Curt Mueller, Director. | | | UCHC does not contemplate financial gain or profit to the members thereof and the specific purposes for which UCHC was formed are to provide a structured environment to address County and State issues that impact our communities, to provide training for members within mandatory and non-mandatory deed restricted homeowner associations, to provide an avenue of communication amongst members and to improve the quality of life for residents within these homeowner associations.
UCHC meets on the fourth (4th) Monday of the month, in the months of January thru May, September thru November. No meetings held in June, July, August & December. UCHC meetings are held at the Silverthorn Community Center located at 4400 Mallard Lake Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609.
UCHC's meetings are open to the public!
Come join us!! | | | Membership in UCHC is open to an authorized and an alternate authorized representative of a homeowner's association community, an Associate member from the general public and to Corporate Associate members from the business community.
UCHC maintains an active role in preserving Hernando County as the Nature Coast. This is accomblished in part by establishing committees. These committees are: Government-School-Environmental Affairs; Training; Public Relations; Membership; Programs; Nominating and Fund Raising.
